I have placed an order for a queen size cot and a mattress from home town for aprrox Rs. 24, 000 sometime in mid december and I was promised that both of them will be delivered by Jan 4th. They haven't delivered the cot and the mattress till date i.e 29th Jan and there is still no confirmation on when these will be delivered. Home Town representatives are giving me new dates everytime I call them. Their managers are so stubborn that they don't even pick up your calls. I have somehow managed to get the number of field workers there and those guys are generous enough to pick up my call and get the new date of delivery from the manager every time. I wish this forum will take some action against this fraud company and teach them a lesson. I would suggest everyone to not go to this store ever.
