Very poor quality Customer Service

Had an order for a 3-door wardrobe placed about 3 weeks ago. I have had to make a non exaggerated 10 phone calls to request them to have it delivered to my place. If that was not enough, I had to wait out another week to request the assembling guys to come by to assembling the piece. Even after that, they had some wrong levers in the packaging, so the entire assembling could not be completed. They let me know that they would come back again next weekend with the correct parts and fix the issue. Over the weekend i have had to make another set of non exaggerated 15 calls to 66413317 wherein they keep giving a list of a million other numbers to contact (out of which almost all of them 'do not exist'- passing the bucket?). I wonder if even going all the way there and speaking with the store manager will get things moving since from my experience so far Home Town, Hyderabad clearly has not trained their customer care staff about tending to their customers 'rightful' needs on a priority basis. Its been about 15 days I made my purchase and my wardrobe has still not been fixed fully.
