The kitchen I had bought from orchid was told to be termite proof, I had confirmed it since I knew my place was termite infested. But now half of the floor space in kitchen is infested with termites. Termite presence was found on one door initially and reported. they removed the door during august and till date they have not turned up. I had asked to do a full service and no reply for that too. Now my kitchen is looks totally infected.
Cookscape gives very poor response to customers. I even think of pulling them to consumer court.
