Non receipt of parcel

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have booked a parcel (No. X-532661) in Vijayawada (BZA), AP on 04.10.2010 to Tiruchirappalli (TPJ). But, till date I have not received the parcel. I fear were the parcel is sent.

Kindly do the needful please.
