Hello

I would like to raise a complaint to the Grievance Cell of Jindal Group.

We had booked a kitchen with Jindal group the ARC unit from Bangalore. Let me list out my issues –

1. We visited the Bangalore office in November and Spoke with one Mr. Vijay and other people from the branch. They gave us a very high quote so we lost interest

2. They Branch people started calling us repeatedly and pestering us with special prices and date deadlines for the special prices - I received upto 15 calls in a day even when I was out of Station!

3. After all this trouble we decided to drop out from the Kitchen. However we decided to go back to Jindal after a few months because we had liked it. Again it was the same story

4. Multiple phone calls, date deadlines and a lot of pressure!!!

5. We still went ahead planned a booked the Kitchen…. On 29th August. The Jindal Company in Bangalore for all its quality employed only 1 engineer and was not able to send him to my flat for more than 1 month

6. During this time I was not informed (go back to the earlier time and see the kind of calls I was getting!) I had to fight and get the engineer to my flat.

7. There was no message from Jindal about this….

8. After all this we still stayed with Jindal and paid the 50% advance amount. This was sometime in October. At this time we were given a commitment by both Mr. Vijay and Mr. Shafi that the Kitchen would be delivered at our flat on November 18

9. Again it was back to same state… I had to call to check on the status of the Kitchen. No communication from Jindal side. I don’t expect a Consumer company to behave like this.

10. Finally they have missed the deadline and now forcing me to pay the money for the Kitchen even though it has not arrived.

11. Why should I pay when the Kitchen is not here?

I will tell you – Initially I changed my shifting date by 2 months to check for the Kitchen to come here. This was missed because the engineer came late. I also returned early from my Cousin’s wedding to be in time for the Kitchen Delivery. Again this deadline is also missed. Now I want to cancel the Kitchen.

Jindal Kitchen is not helping me with this step. I wish to take this problem further and I need help on this.
