I am really sorry to bother you, because as per your guidelines, I should wait for 10 days for the receipt of the reply from nodal officers, but however, I am approaching you because, I have tried to contact nodal officer Mr. Cheryl Periera on his tel no 9987234865 for about 42 times, but the it was ringing and not answered by any one. hence request you to look in to the matter for foollowing detail and solve my problem.

Dear Mr. Charlie Perera,

This is Prasanna G Bhat user of Air Tel mobile service, connection no. 91 9766 3600 58.

I am using this number from almost two years, unfortunately your sales executive here in Pune has put my name wrongly as Prashant G Bhat instead my correct name Prasanna G Bhat.

I personally visited your ARC M/s V- connect Satara Road Pune outlet several times to change to my correct name, but no body there in V connect Satara Road ARC has not entertained me for my complaint.

Last year I availed your IR (international Roaming) facility during mid July after paying Fees Rs.6500/-. After my overseas visit, I requested to withdraw the IR and return the deposited amount. The cheque was received in the name of Mr. Prashant G Bhat, I requested your ARC and as per their guideline, submitted all the documents viz; address proof (Electricity bill, PAN card copies) and my application. The cheque was received with correct name but the name of connection was not changed and kept as it is (Prashant G Bhat).

During April again I applied for IR and paid the deposit of 6500/- subsequently I returned from abroad and requested to cancel the IR facility and requested to return the deposit. The check was received with wrong name again.

As per your ARC (V-Connect Satara Road) I again submitted all the required above mentioned documents in the month of June.

As on today I have neither received the cheque with correct name i.e Mr. Prasanna G Bhat nor my name is corrected in your records.

I have visited several times to your ARC V-connect and requested to do the needful, but the people in V-connect never bothered to listen my complaint and asked me to contact Air tel call centre. The behavior at your ARC is so rude that, I had to literally shout and that was all in vain.

Then I called the call center several times to solve my problem, after listening the same, it was informed to submit the document again to ARC, I was communicated to Ms. Jyoti of your executive here in Pune, she asked me to submit the documents again to ARC,

Since the documents are submitted twice to ARC, why should I do it again.

Should I do it for several times because the documents are not traceable at your end and because of negligence of your ARC staff, and I am now a football between your ARC & call centre. I am availed the IR facility in the month of April and now we are in September, after 4 months of continuous follow up, several visits, many phone calls to your call centre, and calling your number 9987234865 several times, I am unable to ether get the reply or the solution to my problem.

Hence I sincerely request you to look in to the matter and take some stern action against your adamant staff of V connect and correct the name and see that my 6500/- will be returned.

I was user of Idea services before switching to Air tel, now I am completely disappointed with the services and the way the customers are handled.

Please do not give me a chance to go back to Idea.
