Plz refer to my complaint on consumer forum on 7 /10, nothing has been done till date

Sir,

I (neeraj kumar) purchased kreation 4 door wardrobe with overhead unit invoice no- 92/11-12 dated 5/10, order no- 9969228480 (Rs. 53106) from laxmi furniture and interiors, vikroli west, authorised dealer for godrej furnitures. the handles in 3 out of 4 overhead unit are fitted inclined instead horizontal, so it is requested the 3 units may kindly be replaced as drilling at seperate place will make the unit look bad.

mr uday/rajesh are only giving me new dates since 7/10 as all the advance payment was made to them, they are taking the matter casually, plz advise me what to do??
