London sofa purchased from Linus furnite in Aug -10 started making noise while sitting. The complaint was launched on 16th Jan 11. After several reminders & follow ups with Mr. Deshmukh, the complaint has not been resolved till date. Everytime they give only committments & no action is being taken from their end.
They are only concerned with their sell only & not with service. I am just fade up with their services.
