Hi,

This is my worst experience with the LINUS Furnitures shop at dombivli (E.).

Around July I had booked an order for my kitchen trolly and had paid initial token amount of 1000. Rs. The total estimated cost i got was Rs 46XXX/- and the person whom we discussed with said as your order is valid for next 6 months, you can get the things done in same quote within 6 months. As i got posession of my flat in year end so within 6 motnhs I asked them to start the work.

First Shock was: the person whom we discussed with had left the job and manager(?) an aged person called Mr. Deshmukh said its not at all possible to get the kitchen done in just 46XXX/- amount, though we had written bill and quotation. So finally we agrred upon end cost of 56K.

The day first panel landed in my flat, A person called Mr. Deshmukh from Linus store called me n told to pay the rest of the amount as it was in their policy.

I immediately paid balance amount; which was my biggest mistake.

Then after some re-ordering of new panels as the ones orderd were not correct we managed to get 95% of kitchen done a period of month/s.

But still some part of work is pending and dispite of my 100s visits n calls they are not at all ready to do any work just verbal commitments.

I dont know what is the issue and what to do.

Please help me to get it resolved...
