On 7/11, We I & My wife went to Living-in Style, 327/2618, motilal nagar, Part-II, Camel House, Chandwala complex, Opp Bangur Nager police Station. Goregoan New Link Road (West) to purchase a dining set. We finalized a dining set for Rs. 47250 & paid 20000 Rs. as advance. After repeated follow ups they gave us a defective peice which was shaking very heavily. We didn't want a defective peice so we asked to give us another piece in exchange or return our money. To my surprice they not only denied for return of money, their sales man Mr. Anwar Khan & his manager started besting me & my wife. I was bleeding heavily at my eye-lid & afraid of them run out & hired a riksa went to my home place-Vikhroli & went to Hospital. I explained everything to Doctor, who took my ECG, X-Ray & applied treatment to my bleeding eye-brow. Now it is too late to go to police ststion.
Please advise me solution to punish the culprites & to get my money back.
