I am talking about the store in Kormangala, though I am sure they keep on rotating their sales persons through out Bangalore. I bought a sofa set from them. The delivery didn't happen on time. The sofabed was good only for 1 month (yes you heard me right.). After registering my complaint several times finally a person visited my place. He was very rude in his dealings and he didn't find any issue with the sofabed though each and every person who come to my house said the sofabeds are having problems... Now after using it for 3months I developed a back pain and finally I stopped using it. Though the sofa had 1 yr guarantee they asked me to pay 3000 to replace the defective bed.
Please do not visit the store if you want to buy a good piece of furniture. I will try to upload a video in youtube very soon.
