We ordered a modular Kitchen from Acme, Pune which is franchise of Timbor Cucine, Ahmedabad. They promised to complete the Kitchen in 5 weeks after the order date. Its has been more than 4 months after the order date but the kitchen is not yet installed completely and the quality is very poor. Everytime there is some problem in their material and they order again which takes 5 weeks. We have already made the full payment and now just dependent on them. There is no customer care where we can approach and complaint about the delievery. Pls help us. Thanks.
