I am working in Bajaj Allianz Gneeral Insurance Company Limited as Deputy Manager and was posted in Patna. In the month of Feb I have been transfered to Pune from Patna. To shift my house hold I had chosen M/S Agarwal Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
Some of my house holds were needed to shift to my native vilage at Simurali, within the district of Nadia, West Bengal, I therefore, approached the Agarwal's accosdingly and alsed to provide quptation of the same.
I received a quotation form Mr. Sugam Kulshreshtha [[email protected]] (Mob. 09873336918) for shifting Patna to Pune only and also I have been committed varvally that since the material, which need to shift to West Bengal is very less, they will not charge any extra amount for the same and will send the materials with some of their other consignment. I have also been confirmed that the both the consignments (for Pune and West Bengal) will be delivered within a week.
Accordingly on 29-Feb I had handed my house hold goods to their representative Mr. Deepak Kumar (mob. 9336733171) and also paid the agreed amount through cheque.
After around 12 days I received my goods in Pune however the goods for West Bengal were not delivered.
When I asked the status of consignment (which was about to delivered at My native village) Both Mr. Deepak and Mr. Sugam told me that they were not gettng any vehicle for that location. As soon as they will get the vehicle the material will be sent.
Thereafter, I started following up and chasing with both Mr. Deepak and Mr. Sugam over phone and through e-mail. Hoever never received a satisfactory answer. Even they have not responded a single mail. They started not picking my phone and if they picked my mistake, I have been told to wait for a call back within 15 minuts. Thwever never received a call from their side.
on 16-May when I again called Mr. Sugam, he told me that they are not able to deliver the goods to the desired address and requested me to provide any alternate address in proper Kolkata. Accordingly I provided them an address of one of my relative in Kolkata (Tolligang).
But still it is almost a month they are not able to provide me any response. Every time I called either they do not picked up the phone or told to call after some time.
I am really feeling very helpless and cheated.
Kindly look in to the matter on priority.
