Owner refusing to provide fair bill

My self Chirag Thacker from anjar kachchh.

I purchased the goods for the furniture preparation in my house from the shop " PARSHWA PLY PALACE" located in Anjar. (Add:- Nr. Jain Dadavadi, Varsamedi naka, Nr. Dharam Complex, Anjar 370110. Ph: 02836-295086). The shop owner Bhairav Mehta is refusing me to provide fair bill for the goods I purchased from his shop n says i can provide u the bill only for some of the items not for the all things. My total bill is of 34008 Rs. but he is denying to give me fair bill for all items saying that even he does not get the bill from whole sale dealer. though I have paid him full amount he refuses to give me bill. Please help me out with this matter.
