Non transparent delivery process

We purchased a cupboard from Furniture Bazaar - Baner.

On purchase we were for some reason told that a full payment was required upfront. I wasn't happy with this but went along. A couple of day later a delivery was made - however the assembly now requires another appointment, which was not mentioned in the sales talk.

They need to be a little more clear about the installation process.
