Poor Response & No insurance Claim

Good Day,

I had shifted my House Hold goods & Car from Hyderabad to Bhubhaneswar through Allied & Lemuir. I was thinking that Allied & Lemuir is a professional company. But initially during House Hold transfer I had face problem with them & now they are not responding abount insurance claim.

I had sent several mails, but didn't get any respond from there side.

So please suggest, how I will track for my insurance claim?
