I paid 17000 to buy a new sofa and table from "Aman sofa Material" B-7, Opp power house, Main Road, Sector 9 Noida but they delivered a old and damaged sofa, when i complained about this then they told that they will send a worked who will fix the sofa, but they did not send on time and worker came after 1.5 months. When worker visited then also he did not fix and told that he will come again.
Its 5 months now and my sofa not yet fixed and now when i am trying to call shop kepper "Nakki Ali" the he is using abusive language and saying he will not fix it.
Please help.
