I have purchased a handycam 1/2 years ago. I am regularly using handicam for all my family / religious functions. The handicam is of very good quality. I captured movies in about 30 CDs.
However, the movies captured in handycam can not be converted into VCD / DVD.
In this connection I contacted your Delhi service center / Bangalore service center on many occasion. But, no proper response from your end.
I contacted the following members on many occasions :
Mrs. Deepa, Mrs Pooja and Mrs. Seethal.
On repeated complaints, they arrange to send a person from your Bangalore office, he came and said the "image mixer" in the original software supplied is not working properly. He also conveyed the same to your Delhi Service station. Accordingly I have received a "image mixer" software. On receipt of yor new software I contacted your office again, they arranged the same gentleman to come again to my house and to show demo. He again could not convert it and he went back, after 15 days he came with a software and loaded in my computer and gave the demo.
I came to understand that after a month the software he loaded to my PC was a pirated one / trail version, and It is unusable. In this connection I contacted Mrs. Deepa and Mr. Keshan on 08th February they said we can not help you as there is no software to convert handicam movies captured into VCD / DVD.
