Asian Sky Shop/ jogger
Non-delievery of the product even after paying

Dear sirs,

This is for your kind information, that i 've deposited Rs. 12000. dtd 17.11.2009 in your (Asian Sky Shop) HDFC bank account for the jogger, and same has been confirmed by your representatvie Mr. Rohit. Your representative assured me there after that i 'll be recieving the jogger in couple of days from the Ludhiana (Punjab) office. And after so many teleconversations till date i 've not recieved the jogger.

So hereby i request you to kindly look into the matter at the earlierst, either deliver the jogger or payback my money with all the penalities due.

Else we are left with no other alternate than to approach the law. As all the teleconverstations voice recordings and payin slip are with me.
