I have 2 nos of policies with above mentioend health insurence company. I am being harrased by the company. details are furnished below.
18/08 Request for softcopy to renew OG-11-1001-8410-00000017 & OG-10-1001-8407-00000026 as it will expire on 8th Sept
29/08 Interesed in family floater health guard showing interest via mail
6/9 Due to some prob In credit card (OTP not recd timely) not able to renew via phone (12951910)
8/9 Request for one personal in home to take cheque to renew existing policy & one form for health guard for my family.
9/9 As no reply recd, request for early action and send a person to my present address at Rajasthan.
10/9 Inform via phone that not able to sent the person to my present address so am send the document and cheque via courier
10/9 Inform through mail about the details of the address where to send papers & cheques.
16/9 Request to confirm my courier is recd from your side or not (cancel plan of health guard as I feel that your service is not upto mark)

20/9 No response till 20th, request once again is the cheque receve or not? (13153953.)

1. Unable to send a person to my present home address in Rajasthan.
2. Huge communication gap. as i lodge request more than two times.
3. I am sending courier in my own expenses. Fight with my courier company for the same.
4. Confirmation of receiving the cheque after 1 week.
28/09 after no communication I request what cause the delay of issuing policy.

30/09 After no communication I request to terminate both the policy and request to back my money immidiately.
30/09 Your personnel reply the mail but not providing any consignment number. Once again request for bank statement.
30/09 Instead of terminating my policy as per 30th sept 11 mail you have said you are processing my policies.
1/10 request once again to terminate the policy after not receiving any reply.

29/10 A mail from my side informing you 48 hr passed no action taken.

31/10 Inform me to deduct 25% deduction against my cancellation.
