Not received my chq

Dear Sir,

I got this policy 004355910 Name of Praveen Kumar Goswami, now I want dues that it is not reaching me since a very long time though my cheque posted twice but i have not received it, so kindly look in to the meter and help me at the earliest in Hope quick response.

I, therefore, once again request you to look into the above stated matter at your earliest and oblige. Needless to say that in case of your inaction in the above matter, I will be forced to take up the matter in accordance with the law and further inform the same to media to inform the investing public how unsafe their hard earned money is with you.
