Crediting the amount from the credit card without informing the custome

I get a mediclaim policy, through sbi card tied with Royal Sundram for the year 2006 by informing me and I paid the amount to the card also. But for the year 2007 the same amount has been debited from the SBI credit card without my knowledge. After three months when I saw the statement there was a amount of 4000/- against my credit card. When I contacted the customer care I got the worst experience with the girls working in GE. I don't know whether the employees in GE are well education or not. Please take the action against the executive and if possible give the session on mannerism or how to behave with the customer. After all the money is of customer not of the girls who only knows to talk by phone that too very rudely.

I went so many times to the SBI Credit card center to book the complaint but the securities was not allowing me to go inside and he used to tell the same to call the customer care number and when I am calling the customer care number i didn't get the correct information.

After four months the Royal Sundram had credited the half of the amount but now I have to pay Rs 5000/- against my credit card without using the card.

Please help me to come out with the problem I am facing with the credit card. I am not going to pay the amount. It is hearting me mentally and physically because 5000/- is not a small amount for me.
