I was a regular member of Body n Soul (Branch- Jayanagar 3rd block). My client id is 1164.I have taken package of
Rs.32, 000, that comparises (10 kg weight loss 20 powder massages ULFC MT BF 1 year maintainance 5 Face IrF MbL
2kg more weight loss). When I joined that time Ms. Vidya was the contact person, she only convinced me for taking
this package. I started from 2nd November with weight 72.3 kg and after taking there machine sessions and few
massages I did'nt saw any difference in my weight (2 powder massages, 3 tummy tucks). Last session I took on 17 March,
that day my weight was 72.6 kg. I am passing through a great deal of mental pressure, that after spending so much
money and time I am not able to gain any thing, which is quite depressing. I hope you can better understand my position.
Therefore its my earnest request to you that please help me out. I want to discontinue this program. Please
cancell my rest of the sessions and return the amount paid by me. I am asking this after passing all these months
because every time I got the assurance that I will loose some weight.
I am writing this to you with much hope that you will understand my situation and do the needfull. Please dont
delay this any more as I want to come out of this pressure of not loosing weight and join some other activity which
will help me in loosing weight. Please cooperate with me and reply to this mail.
