MYSTERY: Why so many good doctors left and were replaced by less famous and less experienced doctors

My child was suffering from kidney problem of hereditary type. Few years back the treatment was started at Child Trust Hospital in Nungambakkam. At that time, excellent care was given in newborn period by Dr Deepa Hariharan. There were many other doctors there too including Dr PadmaPriya, Dr Lakshmi, Dr ShanmugaSundaram, Dr Mythili, Dr Asha. We found all of them to be kind and efficient. After newborn period, the PICU doctor Dr SUchitra Ranjit managed very well with Dr Nammalwar and Dr Vijaykumar. Dr Suchitra Ranjit is too too good. Dr Nammalwar was GOD INCARNATE. Now not even one of these doctors are there at Child Trust Hospital. Hence, I recommend either Sooriya Hospital or Mehta Hospital to my friends now.
