Extensive Smoking in public area

I am an employee working in one of the companies located in Unitech Cyber Park, sector-39, Gurgaon. There are several companies located in this cyber park. Outside the building which is a public area, many people smoke almost the entire day which causes unnecessary health problems for non-smokers like me. Almost more than 1000 cigarettes are burnt daily.

Although, the law has banned smoking in public places, this area has broken all the laws and challenged the authorities responsible for taking care of the law. As per the law a fine of Rs. 200 is to be charged from a person smoking in public area. I can assure you that if this practice is followed in the above mentioned area, the authorities can definitely earn lacs of rupees in a day, which can be used for welfare of the public or deposited in government treasury.

Therefore, I request you to please take some strict action against these smokers.
