I have bought a new Electronic cigarette from SPK MARKETING SERVICE, 3/9, Laxmi Avenue, School Road, Kolathur, Chennai - 600 099 on 21/11 Saturday. But I was having some problem in that. When I bought this Electronic cigarette Ms Aarthi told me that I have to charge the battery for 30 to 45 Mts. But it was not working after charging 30 to 45 Mts. Hence I have charged it for more than 3hrs and it was not working. Second thing, When I inhale this Electronic cigarette I had pain in my throat. Hence I have taken this Electronic cigarette to SPK on the very next day of purchase (Sunday 22/11/09) and I have explained all those things to Ms Aarthi, and I told her that I have tried it only once but I got pain. Hence please take the Electronic cigarette back and return my amount. She told me " There is a problem in that Electronic cigarette battery and she have changed that Electronic cigarette. After that she replied, " There was a nicotine dipped filter in that Electronic cigarette, that's why I got pain in my throat." And she told me to make use of that Electronic cigarette for two days and after that I will get used to it. I told her, “ O.K. I will use it for two days, and if that pain has not been stopped, definitely I will return it. She kept quiet at that time. After two days, on Tuesday I have called SPK 91 44 6456 1234, one Ms. Priya spoke to me. I have told her about my problems and said that Ms Aarthi told me to make use of that Electronic cigarette for two days and after that I will get used to it.” And I did that but still the pain is not stopped. Hence kindly take the Electronic cigarette back and return my amount. Ms Priya told me that Ms Aarthi is attending another customer call and she will ask Aarthi to call me back. But no one called me on that day. So next day, that is Wednesday, I have called Ms Priya again 91 44 6456 1234, and told her that no one called me yet. She have given Aarthi mobile number and asked me to call that number. I have tried but that number is switched off and again I have called Priya and told her that Aarthi number switched off. She told me that she will ask Aarthi to call me. But no one called me again. Hence on Saturday, I have called Priya again 91 44 6456 1234 and told her, “ Aarthi did not called me. Please let me know about your company’s decision whether your company will return the amount or not.” She said that she will speak to Aarthi and call me. But till now I have not received any proper response from SPK. I have consulted my physician for my throat pain because of Electronic cigarette and my Physician advised me “ don’t use Electronic cigarette.”

TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PROPER RESPONSE MY SPK.
