We took an appointment at Nuero department. Made flight reservations/accomodations and all.
Just on the day of appointment, CMC informed us that doctor is out of town to attend some conference. (I would atleast buy if they would have told 'busy with urgent operation'). Now what is the point in taking appointment. That's really pain.
