Sir,
on 25/01 i have received the final semester mark sheet for MCA but the problem which i have informed Netaju Subash open University for last 2 years not resolved till now.
for your better understanding i have attached my 5th and 6th semester mark sheet.
Please check the points below and advice.
1>both the mark sheet have no marks even no rows against sem 3.1 to 3.8 (except 3.3).
2>is it means i was absent for all the 7 exams and if yes why it's not shown as absent or blank which generally shown as per your convention.
you are requested to check the attendance sheet for me for all those 7 exams (held in 2007) so that you can cross check whether i was present for those exams or not.
3>is it mean there is no internal assessment marks also for all those 7 papers!!! there also I was absent or not qualify!!!
4>if i was present for those papers but do not qualify for all those 7 papers what is the marks obtained by me?
5>why don't you address my problem for last 2 years though you have given me the assurance (pl find the attached mail).
6>i have taken admission on june and till now i do not get the complete mark sheet for almost 5years.who should be responsible for this? what i will do with the mark sheet after 5years or more?
7>CMC reapon street, NSOU, CMC study centre saltlake-no one bother to answer my query and try to resolve the problem but playing the blame game.
8>in latest marksheet (attached below) all the paper code is showing C (Complete) in C/NC column. Do you consider it as MCA completion mark sheet as no NC/Absent was there?
9>though it (MCA course) was assured to be completed by 3 years still now my problem not resolved by almost 5 years.
10>please confirm to whom i will ask for resolution, compensation (if any).
11>the course fee was RS36000 (i don't know in which ration CMC, study centre and NSOU get it though all the drafts addressed to CMC Limited) plus session fees as well as exam fees which is not a matter of joke. Can we expect some patience and responsibility from your end to address the problem of pupils?
In addition to this i am very sorry to inform you that neither CMC nor NSOU cooperate me for last two years. Each and every time CMC ripon street as well as CMC saltlake advice me to contact NSOU or drop the complaint form to a drop box whereas NSOU do not have time to respond such little problem.
I have each and every document with me which i have communicated with NSOU, CMC for last two years regarding this issue which can be produced at any time if required.
In this situation i am asking the clarification mentioned in earlier points by next 10 working days based on which I will approach to Consumer forum as well as go for compensation.
