Sir/Madam

I own a cashless policy of National Insurance Company Ltd (TPA agent: Vipul Med Corp). I was admitted to Sir GangaRam Hospital, Rajinder Nagar, N.D.-60 on 5/9/10 on doctor's advice. TPA counter told about this to Vipul Med Corp through fax on the same day. But they did not considered my

claim. So, i paid myself and got discharged on 8/9/10.Then i contacted National Insurance Company Ltd., 2/3 Central Mkt, Punjabi Bagh, N.D., Delhi, 110026 and submitted all the original documents on 21/9/10 and they assured me that they will send all the documents to Vipul Med Corp. After a few days i went to Vipul Med Corp (Gurgaon) and i again submitted all the required documents again on 18/10/10 and they gave me the reciept for the same. But After a few days they told me that they have rejected my claim... I request you to kindly consider the case as fast as possible.
