Till now I havent received any call or any other type of communication from HR.I really doubt whether HR team is Functioning or not. You promised that I will get my final settlment by June 10th But nothing has been done.
I have worked for 2years for cryo banks international India Pvt Ltd and after resigning from the company this is the kind of response the employer gives to the ex-employee. At the time of resignation you have communicated to surrender company lap top, sim card and all the material of the company immediately with in hours after I resigned I request you to show the same sincerity for getting my final settlment done at the earliest.
NOW YOU ONLY TELL ME IN WHICH LANGUAGE I NEED TO REQUEST YOU.

I really don’t understand your understanding.. Do I need to tell you to submit your expense statement ..Don’t you know that you need to claim it every month on 1st week and then it comes on 20th ..
Its your expense statement to get settled and if I would have not told you to submit the expense, you would have got the money of your expense lost..Its for your benefit did it tell u to submit, Anyways the HR would give you a call may be this week or would mail you the required formalities regarding PF and then your settlement would follow..

Dear Sir,
Your language is clear to me and hope my language is also clear to you. Neither you or any one from the HR has told me the process of getting the final settlment. Its me doing the folloup. If your HR is unable to call up then why you said wait for their call till tuesday if you dont have their confirmation.
You are not my guardian but you are my Superior and you would have told me earlier itself to submit all the necessary thing to get my final settlment done, you told to submit my Travel statement after one month of my resignation. Its the responsibility of an superior or the HR to ask an ex employee to submit all the necessary documents required for the final settlment.

There is no false promise, remember its not even 2 weeks that you had given your expense statement and so from your day of giving this statement it would take 1 month (working days).. If you are serious enough in your settlement you would have given your expense when you had left on 29th April..
