My complaint is against Cryobanks International India (Gurgaon)

My wife was pregnent last year in November and I opted for preservation of Umbilicus Chord of my wife after pregnancy with Cryobanks and paid INR 5000 for the kit and the same was delivered to me. Unfortunately my wife had a miscarriage and I went ahead to return back the kit to Cryobanks and to get refund of INR 5000. The cryobanks Contact Person Mr. Rishi commited me that in such cases, the refund is made within a month, but to my surprise NO Refund has been made till date. All my attempts to call them proved futile. Initially I got assurance of refund in next 10 days 15 days but did not get anything. Later I was given excuses that cheque is lost and new cheque needs to be generated and now guy is not even taking my calls. I am fed up of following up time and again. Already I am upset with the miscarriage and over it these cryobank people made my life hell. I want to sue Cryobanks for INR 50, 000 for all the inconvenience happened to me because of false promises. I dont want anyone else to face the same situation, Such lessons needs to be taught to such agencies. Please help me to get the justice.
