My son has acute bronchitis problem due to which i have been taking him to a homeopath doctor Dr. Bharwani residing in Unnath Nagar No.2, M.G Road, Goregoan West. My son felt better after his medication. Now its been a year since I am taking him there.
Since the past few months the doctor is suffering from spondilitis (he is very old) hence he has been unable to attend to his patients. Due to old age now he does not attend to as much patients as he used to. But he has not completely stopped taking patients. Also he gives medicine as and when required.
Now if there is an emergency (which is not everyday) we are not allowed to talk to him on the phone. Neither do we get a proper answer from his daughter or wife.
Usually i just give the slip and collect the medicine. This is done without meeting the doctor. But just the other day my son was not well and the medicine which usually works did not hence i had to consult the doctor to check if he needed some change in medicine. The doctors daughter was very rude and said that we should not disturb him.
Now me and other patients are quiet confused about this entire thing. If he does not want to continue his practice he should inform us about this so that we do not disturb him and consult some other doctor. We are not here to be insulted. He is not doing charity. We are paying for his services. Also a doctor does take a oath, this is what the oath is.
I am really surprised. Such a behaviour from a Doctor is no way acceptable. And to top to all the daughter who attends his calls herself is a doctor.
