IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION NOTICE TO PUBLIC
In recent weeks, our office has noticed some `complaints’ about us appearing on this website. We have studied all of these in great detail. Many of these complaints are false and posted by fictitious identities with motivated malicious intent, and even the few that are seemingly real are grossly exaggerated and distorted. In the case of the totally false complaints, we have detected the role of some motivated parties. We now know who these are. The public is advised not to get misled by these fake complaints. Even in the case of the seemingly real complaints, the `complaints’ are obfuscated by an incomplete understanding of the medical situation, and are loaded with emotions that obscure reason. Many of the statements made are untrue.
The fact that nearly all these complaints are anonymous, and are written with concealed identities makes them even less credible.
Nonetheless, we have replied to nearly every complaint individually. These are all attached as comments to the main messages in case you want to read them.
The educated and discerning public are hereby warned and cautioned not to believe any such anonymous and motivated complaints in the future. Complainants for other consumer goods give out their real names and identities, and even contact information, and therefore can be believed. But in personal medical and andrological matters, people hide their real identity. This affords a great opportunity for motivated parties to masquerade as patients and post malicious lies which they cannot substantiate or corroborate.
Also, please note that this forum, ConsumerComplaints.in, which calls itself THE INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM, is not an official or governmental site, and therefore has no credentials. It is registered in Riga, Latvia, and is owned by a non-Indian. The site seems to be doing booming business through advertisement revenues and is laughing its way to the bank at the cost of gullible Indians. Please note that even the `Indian’ flag at the top of the page is a fake and not like the original Indian flag: the stripes are oblique rather than horizontal, the colours are different, and there is no real Ashok Chakra.
