My SBI MAX GAIN HOME LOAN A/C No. 30532801741
I would like to inform you that, Initially I applied SBI Max gain home loan from SBI with the option of coverage of life insurance of whole loan amount. SBI without proper intimation, they sanctioned my total loan of Rs. 19, 50, 000/- without coverage of my life insurance. However, when matter was taken up with SBI, they realised their fault and agreed to insure the whole amount with their insurance partner SBI life Insurance.
As per the policy, SBI life insurance comapny first credited to their account of Rs. 2, 10, 302/- which was debited from my loan account on 18 May 09, and then they proceeded for my medical check up, subsequently they denied my Insurance coverage due to crossing of standard medical parameter level, and intimate us on 1 Jun 09. After wards They refunded my total insurance amount of Rs. 2, 10, 302/ on 29 Jun 09 without paying any interest for which I have paid interest to SBI @9.35% from 18 May to 29 Jun 09.
I have done correspondance with SBI life Insurance company to pay me interest @9.35% of the said amount for the said period. But They refused to pay the Interest.
I want to have my interest for the said period. Or is this the way to make money by earning interest of such kind of cases, making fool to the customers and will be claiming themselves No 1 insurance agency. Why not after the first medical check up clearence, Insurance amount to be credited, though it looks very mere amount to a insurance agency, but it has got value to an Individual.
