I have brought an HDFC ERGO Policy 5 months back.
While buying the same the same the executive have clearly given me the contact details. Later had called few times within a month for certain other clarifications.
Recently i was in need of some hospital emergency, Called the number given by the executive.
The phone was ringing but no one picking the phone. tried again, no response. i have tried many time later for several days.
Then i called HDFC Bank for details, they also have base less answers.but later, again i called the bank they told i should call the toll free number, which is only reachable by BSNL land line.
An insurance company of which has a national presence is expecting their customers to get BSNL connection.
May be they dont want people to contact them.
I suggest if you dont have a BSNL Connection please DONT BUY HDFC Ergo Policy.
You cannot fight with them
You have no rights
You have signed all the documents.
There is no one to take care of Investors
