Not Received Refund Cheque

I am struggling to get my refund cheque of policy (2918200004238600) cancellation from HDFC ERGO Mumbai office. I have made many calls and sent e-mail to HDFC ERGO but not yet receiving satisfactory response. Its been more than 3 weeks now the policy has been cancelled but no cheque received from HDFC. I got response to my service ID (003-460-137) from HDFC on 17ty march stating that I will be informed about the despatch details of the cheque but in vain. When I called HDFC ERGO on 20th March I was informed that the Cheque has already been delivered by bludart courier airway bill number 44988259923 on 17th March, when I contacted bludart to get the details of the courier, I was surprised to note that the Airway bill number given by HDFCERGO was wrong & it was for somebody else & was not addressed to me. When I informed HDFC ERGO about wrong Airway bill number I was told that they have noted by compliant I will be contacted with further details on the cheque status. This all shows that at HDFCERGO things are not managed the way it should have been & I am being tortured to get my own money back. I am still to receive any response from HDFC ERGO...
