I am Shrawan Kumar, my ph no: 9908130635, i am a regular customer to Hetero Pharmacy, Malkjgiri (Near BOB), Hyderabad. my cust id:100101016372, i regularly purchase Junior horlicks for my child, this time when i was purchasing there is an offer stock free water bottle for childrens.when i was purchasing (on 7th march) i asked him for free water bottle, one of the sales man (shanker) said right now we don't have free stock you can collect it tomorrow. till now (12th march) i have not received the free stock. when i asked him today with full angry mood, he was removing all the products (with free stock) from the shelf, saying that when we don't have the frees we should not keep the products on the shelves. when they know that they are not getting the frees along with stock, why they are making public FOOL.
what are they doing with frees?
are they distributing frees among themselves?
