Pantene SHAMPOO (Hairfall)

I have purchased 700 ml Pantene Shampoo (hairfall) from Prakash Collection Dadar on 23/06. On using it for 2 occassions, I sustaine d heavy hairfall which is quite in contrary to the claim that it prevents hairfall.

I got the batch number from the shop who informed me that 2 others had purchased the same brand and sustained hairfall. THE BATCH NUMBER IS B27-12118:29

I SEEK TO LODGE A SERIOUS COMPLAINT AS I AM IN THE HOSPITALITY and fitness industry and am only 28 years old. It has seriously affected by looks. Firstly I need a refund for the shampoo and a redressal for the loss borne by me for the faulty product
