I am having problem with fissure problem since more than a year. As not interested to go for surgery to cure this, one of my friend suggested to visit HomeoCare international and mentioned they have good experienced doctor to treat it at its core.
With this in mind went to Homeocare and registered on 11-12 after getting assurance from Dr. Magesh and some other doctor that this problem will get cured within 3-4 month but the course needs to be carried on for 6 month. And have to pay Rs. 8500/- for 6 month course and everything will be cured. My registration no. is - JNAA-67. Started the medicine course from that day onwards and am still taking medicine from Dr. Anumesh but unfortunately no permanent cure. Everytime i visit the Homeocare center doctor says that it will be improve next time but again the same issue. Still I could see blood strain and drops while passing stool also burning pain in the anal area. When asked homeocare can I meet any other doctor or expert who can help me they mentioned I have to continue with Dr. Anumesh only.
After my first mail, got call from Hyderabad office saying senior doctor Dr. Magesh will visit bangalore and I should visit him during that time and everything will be taken care of. So I met him 25th June in bangalore branch, he gave me dose for 1 month. But unfortunately after taking this medicine pain got worse and blood strain started appearing almost everyday. With unable to bear pain next week again went to Homeocare, Dr. Anumesh again examined and asked to stop all the medicines provided by Dr. Magesh and asked to start another set of medicine immediately for next 15 days but still date no help and having severe pain. Met Dr. Anumesh again within week, but no result.
Everytime I visit the J P Nagar center Dr. Anumesh tells me that he has informed the Homeocare management about this issue and you guys will contact me and will refund the entire treatment cost as he have failed to improve anything for last eight months. Now even met with Bangalore in charge for the refund of my treatment cost and they are saying that only so called Dr. Magesh have to come over here in bangalore and i have to meet and discuss with him for the refund.
I donot think they are just trying to avoid now. So guys please try to avoid Homeocare international for any treatment. They are a bunch of crooks and cheating innocent people like us in the name of treatment.
