LIC Health plus plan (policy no. 492555843) in favour of myself (Rup Narayan Ray) and my family commenced on 24th Nov. with yearly premium of Rs. 21000/- and next premium (Nov. 2010) had also been paid. But I am yet to receive my Health card which is very essential for claim and settlement. Through my LIC agent and myself lodged complaint in this regard. But nothing has come up till date. I can't think of such disgusting services from leading insurance service provider of the country. Can anyone suggest me the solution?
