My Name is IQBAL A MANEKIA i am from Nallasopara West (Thane)

I gone through a treatment in Dr Shah Clinic Life Force (Chembur) for Anxiety Neurosis

My Client Id is 17533 i paid them Rs 7500/- for full one year subscription now its five months over there is not a 5% of relief from there medicine

I gave them several complaints for medicine but they are not responding at all

I think there medicine are Ultimate Fake

I have no need to take medicine which are useless

I request you to please request them to refund my money
