One of your hotel in shimla Hotel HILL BLOOM at U.S. club gate, The mall, Shimla.misbehaved and passed comments on ladies at night 11PM. the manager of hotel was also drunken and the owner of hotel was not there. When I complaint the manager he threatened me, so because of their behavior i leave the hotel at mid night with family and small children. They also took money in advance because of the holiday season we can’t get any other hotel vacant.
so now i request you to take some serious action against this hotel so no other tourist will face this problem again in future and your beautiful shimla remains beautiful to all tourists.
