Taken for a ride by ICICI pru life Managers!!!

My name is Gurucharan Padki and i am an Advisor of ICICI Prulife, Malleshwaram branch. My Advisor code is 00192133. I work for one of the Big 4 companies and currently based in Hyderabad.

I want to share my bad experience and monetary loss due to the irresponsible management of ICICI prudential, Malleshwaram Branch, Bangalore.

One of my ex classmate, who was working for ICICI Prudential introduced me to this and recommended me to become an Advisor. I did take the IRDA exam and got registered as an licensed advisor (License No: 2620498)

I was assigned to an unit manager by name Himanshu for more than a year during which, i had got in many customers using my contacts. I had no problem the first year with my commissions. Mr. Himanshu, left ICICI and then after that i was assigned to Mr. Venkatesh from Malleshwaram branch. I was out of the country for about 6 months. After i returned i met Mr. Venkatesh (my unit manager) and his Manager Mr. Guruprasad when i visited Bangalore to discuss the. At that time i had misplaced my icici debit card pin number during my tranfer to Hyderabad. I co ordinated with Mr. Venkatesh and he helped me recover it.

When i went to the check the amount credited i was shocked to see there was nothing credited. I again contacted Mr. Venkatesh and he told me that there has been some error on their side and the amount will be credited. This went on for 2-3 months but nothing was credited. After few months Mr. Venkatesh called me and said that i have not been paid because i had not met the target for that year (that was due to my travel to US for 6 months). I was told i was short of Rs 26, 000 business that year. I took a retirement policy the same month for Rs.20, 000 for myself and Venkatesh told me he will help me with the remaining Rs.6000 to meet the target. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY DOCUMENT FOR THE POLICY I HAVE TAKEN TILL NOW!! I received an SMS to pay the premium (i should have accidentally deleted that sms, for the policy number, but you should be able to find it in your DB for sure.)

So, at the end of the day, i have not received any commission for 2009. I have no document of my policy and best of all - my unit manager does not respond to my calls!!! Can you please help me on this? I am very disappointed and annoyed with the way i am handled as a customer as well as an Advisor of ICICI prulife.
