Do not take medical by the co

I submitt a application for the health policy in icicipru life insurance co. since one week ago.i have a massage to give some medical tests by the co. on 7.8.11. i make many calls to the co. for medical tests but there is no reply to me .the co.was withdrawl the money from my a/c on monday.but without medical co.will not issue my policy.my proposal no. is hs40076500.please help me.
