I agree strongly to the review feedback given by other users of the GYM with an AWFUL rating. This place stinks. The classic trap here is the sales rep will give all honeyed words and say the offer or discount closes today and you are my final customer for this offer. Once the money is swiped. Thats the end of everything. No one will care for you right from Day 1. You will be given no pre-checks, no fitness screening. A few non qualified people and sales rep will ask you to to work out. Clueless you may land up screwing your health and money, instead of gaining fitness and confidence. Guys and Gals and newcomers to Chennai, there are many better Gyms in nearby area
