Improper Service

Dear Sir,

I am working with one of the companies, and have a FHPL plan to cover my family. My Father is undergoing medical treatment (Dialysis) from Jubilant Kalpataru Medical Hospital (Barasat).

We are facing terrible pain with the administration department related to service, No proper records been maintained by hospital representatives related to Mediclaim Policies.

Administration is harassing by asking the mediclaim policies been availed by which company and threatening us to stop the treatments of my father.

I firmly believe we have all the rights preserved for us and services to be properly given to us after paying lacs of rupees in a year.

We can change the hospital at any point of time and take better facilities from other institutions, but as the geographical limit is close to my home premises, And we had found feasible to take treatments from this hospital.

I sincerely plea to you against this hospital to stop harassing the patients and their families in this manner, wherein a proper records in not been documented or proper service in not been offered.

People like Mr. Sushanta Gangly (Admin Kalpatataru) are really a kind of work force for Bengal we have, with such manpower we cannot even compete with even smaller states. Who doesn’t have the sense of urgency and respect to behave with people who are in trouble.

I am not in a whining mood, But as a citizen of India and a person who really cares for his state wants you to be put into the knowledge, how these guys behave. No PRO (Public Relationship Officer) is there in the hospital to address the issues, If the same has been affiliated with ISO 9001 : 9002, How these hospitals are fulfilling the criteria??
