LYING TO A CUSTOMER

I'm a member of this special offer i.e pay Rs.999 & get 10 services free, but today when I visited the salon (Bhayander branch), to do pedicure Nimesh just lied to me saying the person who does it is on leave. Can you believe it??? There were two, three girls just sitting there whom I had seen doing pedicure before when I had visited the salon. Is this how you treat your customers??? DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT OR YOUR SALON THROUGH BAD MOUTHING WILL GO DOWN THE DRAIN!!! PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT VISIT KAPIL'S SALON COZ THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER.YOU'LL LIKE ME WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED... ITS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE COZ HOW CAN ONE LIE TO A CUSTOMER???
