Dear Contractor,

I am Kelvin Athur, An American citizen working with an Oil firm here in UK, EXXON MOBIL. I live with my family, my wife Juliet and my only daughter Jessica.

Recently, I want to build a hospital, where my private business will be going on and I need a contractor/supervisor that will take up this project I.e. I need a good contractor that will take up this project as I do have a team of workers you will lead and direct on this job as to see that this hospital building is completed within a time frame/contract period. Hence am contacting you because I have read your CV from naukri.com as Contractor/supervisor for us to discuss the possibility of having you come to manage this new project.

Note: The Hospital has it own plan dully approved by the Federal government of the UK and it has it drawing sketch already and the same will be provided to you once you accept the contract.

We have estimated budget for the project of £150m.

Once you come down to UK, we will show you the teams that you are going to lead as the Project Manager through out the contract period.

Note: If you want to come with your own team, please do well to make a special indication as regards the same so as to see if we can put the same in consideration or the same will be on negotiation with the UK building authority
