Pls to infoform you that we have purchace one sukam
3.5 KVA /48V DSW Fusion which is Not working since last
25 days.
The inveter was purchaced on 15/03 through M/S Real Electronics
Dhule Mobile No- 9370160052.
The sr no of the unit is 001C1010210911090030.
The complain was launched by M/S Real Electronics
arround 25 days back at Nasik Service center.
Till now the inverter is not working.
Pls improve your service. We have 2 1400VA UPS & we
were planning to buy one more.
If this type of service is there then it no point in purchacing of
new one.
Hope to get reply as soon as possible. We are facing lots of problem.
