Over the last several years I had taken many insurance policies from LIC. I did not receive the 15 days free look offer as prescribed by IRDA along with any of these policies. Now, in regard to one of the policies, I am contesting their rejection of my claim in the court. But LIC says that they have sent such a letter. There is nothing mentioned in the policy document itself. How can I prove that LIC is not stating the truth.
